Warrants allege Demetrius Devonte McGhee, 26, of Clayton, Alabama, used a handgun to kill all three people inside the vehicle. He has been charged with capital murder. The bodies were found Monday inside a car partially submerged in Lake Eufaula, according to police. McGhee was taken into custody Wednesday after being released from an Alabama hospital where he was flown after sustaining undisclosed injuries, reports said.
