On her. We know she appears to be in the early 20s with red hair. Also evidence does suggest that this womaned a some point plunged from one of the higher floors in this garage to the ground below. Near the base of the parking garage someone spotted a body early this morning. Throughout day investigators combed the structure, tried to determine just what had happened.
