victim found walking with his intestines exposed at second and be street. investigators believe that he was stabbed about one mile away. that victim was conscious and breathing and was taken to the hospital. fairfax county police are searching for answers this noon after finding two bodies on opposite sides of the county. one was found on manor drive near alexandria and is described as a badly decomposed man. police say that there is no public safety threat in this case but another body is being called suspicious. anyone with information on either case was asked to give them a call. an investigation into the death of a woman in a texas jail. police released new video from outside her cell around the time that she died. it comes as her family awaits the results of a private autopsy. stephanie ramos reports. >> much of the death -- debate around the death of this activist comes down to what was found in this cell. this newly released three hour surveillance video shows the moment officers realized that she was dead, hanging in her jail cell. a plastic garbage sit -- garbage bag around her neck. this just three days after she was arrested during a traffic stop. >> the state trooper was arrested for transport. >> you cannot see her in the surveillance video, but police claimed that she was doing fine. less than three hours before her death jailers conducted their rounds. later schiavo about making a phone call that was never made. it would be their last conversation with her. one hour later a guard comes to the cell. >> the jailer looked through the window and she was behind the privacy partition. >> later you can see staff and ems down the hallway. >> this is being treated like a murder investigation. >> even with the video they said that there are still many
