Abig thank you to everyone who attended the Winter Party for “The Boys of Summer”, Saturday evening, February 3. Approximately 250 guests attended the event and heard our speakers, Brad Tunney, Voice of the Great Lakes Loons and Lance Parrish, former Major League catcher from teams including the 1984 World Series Champion Detroit Tigers, Phillies, Angels, Marines, Indians, Pirates and Blue Jays. Brad spoke about the non-profit nature of the organization and the many promotions at the Great Lakes Loons games, a High Class A Minor League Farm Team of the Los Angeles Dodgers, including Saturday Night Fireworks and a special home three game series with the West Michigan White Caps, 4-6th of July with special Fireworks Displays.
