Winsted man, 23, pleads guilty to trafficking fentanyl on the dark web

A Winsted man pleaded guilty to federal fentanyl trafficking offenses after he sold and shipped several orders of pills containing fentanyl to federal agents from 2020 to 2021, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Eastern District of Virginia.
