Winnipeg rally condemns police killings, including hitchhiker shot by RCMP in December

A mother whose son was shot dead by RCMP this winter was among a group of approximately 60-70 people who gathered outside Winnipeg City Hall to mark the 25th anniversary of the first International Day Against Police Brutality in 1997.
