Erlin Adalid Reyes Avila was sentenced Thursday in Kandiyohi County District Court to 48 months in prison on a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct —force or coercion. He was given credit for 276 days, about nine months, that he served in jail. He was ordered to register as a predatory offender and serve 10 years on conditional release after he leaves prison.
