William Donaldson, Investment Banker Who Led SEC, Dies at 93

William Donaldson, a founder of Wall Street investment bank Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette who presided over a divided US Securities and Exchange Commission during its crackdown on corporate misdeeds from 2003 to 2005, has died. He was 93.
