Why the Phoenix Suns' Game 5 loss against the Bucks hit fans so hard

“What a turnaround!” ABC’s Mike Breen said when the Milwaukee Bucks finally put the Phoenix Suns away in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Yeah, a turnaround like a cheap spinning carnival ride that makes you dizzy. That’s what the Bucks’ 123-119 win over the Suns felt like, giving Milwaukee a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series and a chance to win it all at home on Tuesday.
In other words, this was sickening.
After the game, on ESPN2 — the main ESPN was showing UFC fights, which was kind of sad — Ashley Brewer pointed out that when a Finals series is tied 2-2, as this one was, the team that wins Game 5 goes on to win the championship more than 70% of the time.
