Nepal is back in the news once again with reports suggesting that radical Sikh leader, Amritpal Singh reaching the country after a chase by the Indian police.Ten years back, Indian Mujahideen chief, Yasin Bhatkal too had tried taking the same route, but was caught by the Indian agencies.
