The Independent MASSILLON – Three Washington High have been awarded the Obie license plate scholarships for their academic achievements, good citizenship and their contribution to the Tiger football program as a player or athletic trainer. Recipients are Rager Els, Nick Liebler and Zach Catrone. The competitive scholarships are provided by alumni and fans who have purchased the Massillon Tiger Obie license plate and awarded by the Massillon Tiger Football boosters. .
