‘It’s been a hard year’: Farm Share families thankful for help in time of need Updated: Tags: The food distribution at The Bethel Church served 1,000 families ahead of Easter. “Farm Share is an amazing organization,” said Rosemary Winbush, pastoral leader at The Bethel Church. “We’re just partnering with them so we can be that vehicle that they can use in our community.” Cars filled the parking lot across from the church before the distribution began Saturday morning with their trunks open to get a box of fresh produce and canned goods. “I am grateful that they are doing this,” said one woman who received food for her family. “It’s been a hard year for everybody and is still a hard year.”
