What will Congo do with the millions paid by Uganda in reparation?

In September, Uganda paid 65 million dollars to the Democratic Republic of Congo as the first tranche of reparations for its aggression during the 1998-2003 war, pursuant to a ruling by the International Court of Justice. This is a strong move marking Kampala’s will for economic, military and political rapprochement, which raises in Kinshasa both hopes and concerns about the use of funds.
