West Virginia lawmakers had for this year's broadband bill on Day 1 of the legislative session turned into strife with industry lobbyists by Saturday, the last day of the session.
The Legislature completed its work on House Bill 2002 Saturday, but not without strong words from House of Delegates Technology and Infrastructure Chairman
