West Cliff Vision adopted, one-way pilot scrapped by Santa C

As the long-awaited West Cliff 50-year Community Vision document was adopted by the Santa Cruz City Council meeting Tuesday, the proposed two-year, one-way pilot project on West Cliff Drive was scrapped after hours of public comment made by concerned community members.
