Webster Parish Man Dies in Two-Vehicle Accident Thursday morning (7/15/21) just after 9:00a.m. Louisiana State Troopers were called to investigate the scene of a two-vehicle accident. The accident took place U.S. Highway 371, near Woodmill Road. Upon investigation Troopers found that the crash had lead to a fatality. The vehicles involved in the accident were a 2019 Dodge Ram pickup truck travelling northbound on 371 and a 2000 Ford pickup was travelling southbound. The Ram tried to pass a vehicle in front of it which resulted in a head-on collision with the Ford. The Ram then, ran off the road and became engulfed in flames.
