But thanks to this last incident on july 25th, we now know what he looks like. Police say this Surveillance Video captured the moment the serial burglar in Hells Kitchen got caught in the act. The 24yearold woman heard a noise outside her window when she went to check it out she found the suspect on her fire escape. Police say once he saw her he immediately ran away.
