He said after 6,000 had been donated to ed pawlowskis Campaign Fund and the mayor treated to a steak dinner and eagles playoff game he was informed by a third party his proposal to take over the tax collection looked good and netted him 100,000 and then he steered 10,000 into the Campaign Coffers of ed pawlowski after pawlowski made the request for the money. He also told the jury when the fbi began raised in 2015 he got a lawyer and cut ties with the firm he was working with. City workers testified the bidding process was supposed to be secret, however, he told the jury after the interviews he was told he needed to hire Spanish Speaking employees, something those in the running for the job already had on staff.
