11:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in new jersey. because there maybe a stalling of this severe weather. possible severe weather with damaging winds. local flooding. of course more likely in new jersey. if it's going to be lasting longer. this is the slight risk of severe storms across the entire area. we don't normally see that. at this time of the year. in this part of the country. you can see the rain getting closer and closer. the severe part is in north carolina. it is obviously headed this way. there's a 100% chance of rain tomorrow. and there we are 3:00 a.m. then 5:00 a.m. it's getting heavier and closer. and it's continuing to move. now it looks a little harmless here. 7:30 a.m. and then it redevelops right across the same area. that's the kind of thing that could cause local flooding. here at 12:30 it's barely moving into new jersey. that's why new jersey may see longer period. temperatures near 70 degrees. so it's warming up. it's humid enough. and doesn't matter you can see get weather alerts sent to your phone. a 16 year-old girl hit by an out of control truck. tonight she's having surgery at the hospital. while police search for the driver who did this. >> live for us outside children's hospital of philadelphia. i know you spoke with the girls family tonight. what'd they say? >> i had the chance to talk to the family a little while ago. that 16 year-old remains here in critical condition. she's in the icu. she had surgery just a little while ago and tonight her family desperately needs your help. >> i have walked with the dogs on the road. >> reporter: a road familiar. a road where she believes her granddaughter and daughter-in-law could have lost their lives four days ago. it was broad daylight friday afternoon. on arch school road in west pike land. a driver ran over 16 year-old also striking her mother. and their dog. who i will on a walk. the driver then took off. investigators released a blurry photograph of the only one they could get their hands on for now. of a white truck with ladder. >> she went under the truck. so. she was run over. >> reporter: we're told the mother saw the truck driving out of control and yelled to get out of the way. they were a few yard off the road. but the driver still hit them. the girl who loves riding horses and skiing suffered cracked ribs and broken bones. a neighbor driving by saw them injured on the side of the road. and called 911. >> they crossed the ditch and started up the bank. and she said it was like he was aiming for them. he kept coming. >> we're told the mother suffered a broken wrist. as for the truck the family believes it's either a gmc or chevy. possibly belonging to a roofer or a plumber. for now live in philadelphia. new at 11 a crash on the new jersey turnpike caused a traffic mess. and sent several people to the hospital. sky force ten over the scene in east windsor township. several of the southbound lanes are still blocked. police are investigating what caused the crash. patients trying to see a doctor were interrupted by federal agents today. three different agencies rated urgent care centers. we're told this was part of a pill mill investigation. when doctors or pharmacists prescribe drugs for illegitimate reasons. people who work and live near the center they noticed suspiciously long lines at the facility for quite sometime. now patients are left in limbo. >> like i said it leaves a bunch of people with no medication. that need that. because a lot of us are sick. >> sources tell us the chains owner is in federal custody. officials have released no other information on the investigation. a fight and a stabbing put a 16 year-old girl in the hospital tonight. police say a large fight broke out on rising sun avenue. not far from only charter high school. the girl was stabbed on her right side. she's in critical condition. at einstein hospital. police made no arrests. a local leader charged with child porn is on the job. now voters want to know why. phillip are said he would resign as president but remain on the board of commissioners. he was not at the meeting. keith jones shows us, he was at a big topic of conversation. >> reporter: a room full of promise. tamed by a past president. 66 year-old philly air resigned that title but sits on the board. even after charges messed and distributed child pornography involving forward. >> reporter: the board says they can't remove him. it's a constitutional issue. the 66 year-old would have to be convicted of the charges or resign on his own accord. this angered residents. president. in a room full of promise, couldn't agree. they tied twice. three to three along party lines. >> for now the vice president will continue to act as president. until the next board meeting in two weeks. new information now on a missing teenager. police say they have found the body of nicholas. the 18 year-old last seen in september. near merser community college. the cause of death is still under investigation. >> new information from trenten on deadly shotting twoeld you about earlier this month. police made three arrests. 18 year-old williams. and two 16 year-old boys face murder charnls this season. they were mind the shooting that killed a woman in her 50s and injured a 14 year-old girl. >> the man accused of shooting six people in two states will go on trial in delaware first. police say he drove to wilmington and shot another man. prince will be tried in both states where he faces the possibility of life in prison. attorney general jeff sessions took aim at a violent street gang while speaking today. sessions addressed police chiefs from around the world who gathered for a conference in center city. the ms 13 gang has thousands of members in central shields cover not only the cars front door, but the window as well. the 18th police district will be the first to get them. in the last two years two officers from the district have been shot in their patrol cars. both survived. president trump awarded a retired vietnam war army medic the medal of honor. the four day covert mission was to stop the enemy from funneling weapons to use against american troops. rose was the only medic for 136 men. dodging explosives and machine gunfire. he rescued dozens and shielding some with his body. police brought hope and happiness. to a south jersey recovery seemed daunting. help from so many people made it possible. >> that's why so many members of the new jersey state police volunteered in puerto rico. 60 members are there now. helping with everything from traffic control to providing security. and humanitarian relief. a month ago hurricane maria marched onto the island with force so strong there are still many without power and running and delaware. the threat generally 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. gusty wind and thunderstorms. possibly severe. in new jersey, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. not only the threat of wind. and severe thunderstorm. but also the threat of and increase threat of localized flooding. because it will last longer. so thunderstorms, damaging winds. local flooding. remember we have the leaves could be clogging up drains and so even if you don't get three or four inches you could get flooding because of that. we have the strong southeast wind chl tomorrow morning rush will be windy. and some places we could see gusts up to 50 miles per hour. there's the shore right there. at 53. then as we head toward noon it's already improving in pennsylvania. and delaware. it's getting worse in south jersey. that is part of the issue here. you can see this giant area. it's getting closer. it's hitting washington dc. the worst of it in north carolina. and already drying out in western virginia. these are all the severe storm reports today. nine reports of tornado. and 77 different reports of wind damage. from virginia all the way down to south carolina. of course that's a system that is headed this way. we go through the night tonight and into the morning, we see more of those reds and yellows getting closer. just as we get to the morning rush. this computer model really not handling it this well. and organizing it into a. which is likely to happen. as we go through the morning it look ts like it's weakening. and just regenerates right across the philadelphia area. especially in new jersey. and parts of southern delaware. that may cause the rain to linger and more rainfall in south jersey. it's going to be a warm day. don't worry about the cold air coming in. 70 chestnut hill. 75 allen town. sun may come out. and allen town and redding later in the day. and jersey shore it's going to be a windy day. back to on shore wind. combine that with heavy rain and thunderstorms and you can get flooding there. tuesday stormy day. wednesday and thursday it's getting colder. even that is not that cold. for this time of the year. upper 50s and suburbs. lee high valley. little bit below normal. but it's still not extreme for the time of the year. and then it will warm up friday. you can see the jersey shore and delaware. temperatures still getting up near 60 degrees. by thursday. friday we have some
