Of course you have this area here where we are right now by the art museum, the ben franklin parkway here. This is going to be heavily restricted as you might imagine. Now, part of this will involve a fence. First we heard about the traffic box. Now well have two security zones which will offer very limited access during the papal visit. These security perimeters will go into effect the night of thursday, september 24th. We did learn this fence will have entry points where people will walk through a metal detector and there will be no zone. The second and wider perimeter will be in place to protect the fence zone. Vehicles will have to be removed in any vehicle that needs to go back in will have to be screened. Now as far as City Government from thursday the 24th through monday the 28th, the city will be operating essential services only. A lot of city offices will be closed and the mayor says that if you have any critical business to do, if you have to pick up groceries or prescriptions, get that done before the weekend.
