Reporter chris, i have to tell you not what anybody wanted to see this morning on the turnpike. We want to show you live here. A heavy presence of emergency vehicles where those two trucks collided. Not just on the roadway but in the residential areas when the tractortrailers collided around 8 00 last night. New Jersey State Police confirmed to us they collided on the outer roadway of the northbound lanes and backed up traffic nearly nine miles as First Responders rushed to the scene here. Philadelphia city councilwoman Jenny Blackwell introduced a bill that limits the number of food trucks around Drexel University and charges owners of those trucks a hefty fee.
