The emergency forced them to turn around. They landed safely. Here is a live look at runway. The airport is back to normal operations. We understand the passengers were placed on board another flight. Were gathering details about this emergency. We can report that the plane landed safely. There doesnt appear to be any injuries to the pilot, to the passengers on board that plane. It doesnt appear there was any incident once it landed. We are going to get to the bottom of this. You can see firefighters working to pull the victims out. No word on their condition. New at 11 00, a Childcare Center shut down amid an investigation by the berks County District attorneys office. The ymca is located ed id in d wyomissing. The order resulted from a complaint. A statement sites violations involving incompetence, negligence and misconduct. Life in prison without parole, thats the sentence tonight in colorado for killer james holmes. We the jury do not have a unanimous final sentencing verdict on this count. We the jury understand that as a result the court will impose a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole on this count. Sg they failed to reach a unanimous decision. The lack of agreement means a judge will sentence holmes to life in prison at a later hearing. The same jury convicted holmes of opening fire inside a denver theater three years ago. He killed 12 people and injured 70 others in the attack. Prosecutors argued holmes methodically planned the massacre and deserved the death penalty. Defense lawyers blamed the assault on mental illness. The search is on for two men who shot and robbed a philadelphia bakery store owner. The victim is in Critical Condition tonight. She was opening around 6 00 this morning when robbers shot her. This is actually the second time shes been robbed in the past week. Regular customers are in shock. Its devastating for us. Pennsylvania attorney general Kathleen Kane is expected to face criminal charges. They announced the charges against kane yesterday. They include perjury, obstruction and conspiracy. Reporter the secret service pretty forcefully today knocking down the rumors and reports that every pilgrim would have to undergo security screening. Today the secret service cleared it up for what you should expect if you are walking here to the parkway from over in new jersey. Under the shadow of the ben franklin bridge today, rumors began to swirl that the 100,000 pilgrims would each be subject to a tsastyle search. It seemed like an impossible task. You cant get every person, not with that volume of people. Thats not plausible. Reporter its not true. Today the secret service said there will be some security on the ben, but no checkpoints and no metal detechers. You hope that nothing gets missed. Reporter once the people get into center city, local restaurants near the big bridge will be ready. The goal is to make money. Reporter the staff at this french restaurant is dealing with Security Issues of their own. How are we going to get deliveries . As long as we can get food in, confident. Reporter the crowds will make their way from the bridge into the heart of the city. Once all of those people get closer to the pope, like here on the parkway or on independence hall, thats when all the Real Security measures will begin. Septa released information about a lottery. It will be held next wednesday. The passes will be for septas norristown high speed line. Passes will be available tore trolley routes 101 and 102. Septa will notify winners via email one week from today. The passes will be sold using the same lottery system that septa held for the Regional Rail passes. A philadelphia law banning gender discrimination does not apply to septa. Thats the ruling from a state Appeals Court today. Philadelphia police are investigating a triple shooting in kensington where one man died. Police believe the victims were inside a car when they were shot by a masked man. Someone drove them to the hospital in a toyota and took off. Police say they have that car and they are trying to get video from the scene. Police have new clues in the case of an 11yearold boy who was found dead. Nbc 10 in Delaware County where police say a tip today led them to a bike along with his backpack. His clothes were in the back pack. His body was found in the creek wednesday afternoon. He had last been seen riding his bike monday. The medical examiner rules the death an accidental drowning. The family wants more answers about what led up to his death. More than 100 people in Police Custody on drug charges will be going free, thats after a philadelphia judge overturned more than 100 convictions tainted by allegations of police corruption. You may remember the six narcotics officers who went to trial on corruption charges. They were acquitted earlier this year. Evidence uncovered during that investigation can be used in court by people accused in other cases. A public defender tells us he filed 1,400 petitions asking for new trials for people convicted in cases involving the Police Officers who were later charged then found not guilty. Today 158 of the convictions were tossed out. This is the largest single dismissal of drug convictions in the city history. It brings the total number of tossed drug convictions to more than 500. A former eagles star is facing up to ten years in prison after he was convicted in a mortgage scam. Today a jury found him along with his mother guilty of conspiracy and theft by deception. That training word was danger. When the service dog heard her shouting it wednesday night, the owner said yolanda pressed the emergency call button on her phone. I hear the phone. She growling. I said, oh, my lord she call the police. Reporter tonight we learned this was actually the second time yolanda pressed that emergency button. Once before when her owner slipped and fell.
