Witnesses say the man stood up about 20 minutes into the movie and just started shooting. Some people at the time said sounded like fireworks. Right now, double tractortrailers are banned in pennsylvania and new jersey but an amendment to the house transportation appropriations bill could change that. People against this move say the bigger big rigs are dangerous. Pennsylvania senator bob casey is also standing against the bill saying hes worried about accidents. Number of big truckrelated accidents went up 37 and in one year it went up more than 60 .
