The nyse shut down trading on the floor because it was concerned about a technical glitch. In the end, the stock market finished lower because of concerns about greece and china. The computer problems are not part of the problems that grounded American Airlines flights today. The computer glitch only affected five united flights at Philadelphia International airport. The ground stop caused a line with concerned customers. This was for a short time most flights seem to be on time by 11 00 this morning. Some united workers started handing out water and snacks to travelers who showed up with no idea what happened. I got here around 8 20 and they told me the systems were down and none of the plains could take off. And we would be waiting in line until they got started. United says in all, 3500 flights were affected when their system went down this morning. Storms developing across our area. Heres a look at our new skies. The heaviest shower and a little bit of lightning right in central delaware south of someone in a and north of dover, that is moving across delaware bay into new jersey. If this continues on its present track it would be in egg harbor a little after 5 30. Its all moving to the east that helps, you get less of a flood threat as long as things are moving.
