Wayne County Sheriff's Officials Arrest Pair Of Individuals on Meth Charges

Wayne County Sheriff's Deputies made a pair of arrests on Friday on Drug Paraphernalia and Meth Possession Charges. Janelle D. Payne and Roger D. Smith were taken into custody on the charges and booked into the Wayne County Jail.
