WATERTOWN - The town has voted to appropriate $498,900 from the general fund for the design of the Steele Brook Greenway. Only two residents at a town meeting Tuesday voted against spending the funds, which will be reimbursed at 80%, or $399,120, through a state of Department of Transportation grant
