A city man was charged with breach of peace for allegedly posting incendiary flyers at city businesses.
Erick Cruz, 53, allegedly placed the flyers, which claimed employees are members of the Ku Klux Klan, between April 26 and last Wednesday, police said. Cruz was arrested Thursday.
