Water main break leads to shutoff, causes slight flooding on I-630 exit ramp in downtown Little Rock | The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Utility crews on Thursday evening were working to repair a water main break on Spring Street in downtown Little Rock that caused water to gush toward the westbound lanes of Interstate 630 and slight flooding on the exit ramp for Center and Main streets.
