WATCH | Group to hold 'Say No to LEARNS Rally' on Thursday :

A local group opposed to the LEARNS Act will hold a kickoff event at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Webb Community Center, 127 Pleasant St., to collect signatures and gain volunteers as part of a statewide movement to repeal the new law.
