Visa consultancies were under radar before grounding of plan

The Gujarat Crime Investigation Department (CID) had been tracking intelligence inputs ever since bodies were found of four of a family from Dingucha village of Gandhinagar on January 16, 2022. They were reported to have died while crossing over to the US from the Canadian border.
