Vietnam, Switzerland bolster parliamentary diplomacy

(VOVWORLD) -President of the National Council of Switzerland Martin Candinas on Tuesday began an official visit to Vietnam. The visit is a high-level parliamentary diplomatic activity between the two countries following the COVID-19 pandemic.
