Vicar at St Ann's Church in Dublin calls for tragedy of homelessness to be tackled

The vicar of one of Dublin’s best-known churches, St Ann’s on Dawson Street, has said the thing that stood out most about last year for him was the “sadness of homelessness” on the streets of the capital.
