Vermont Democratic Party reacts as Dean, Weinberger announce they won't run for Governor

Governor for a dozen years, and a candidate for president, Howard Dean decided against another run at the state's highest office. Dean is not the only notable democrat to officially weigh in. Former Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger says a bid is off the table for him, too.
