Valenzuela Residents With NCAP Traffic Violations Granted With "NCAP Relief"

Valenzuela City’s 8th City Council approved Ordinance No. 901, Series of 2021, or the “NCAP Relief Ordinance” granting incentives and relief on all traffic violations incurred by Valenzuela City residents under its “No Contact Apprehension” Program from March 17, 2020 until May 14, 2021 or at the end of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
NCAP in Valenzuela is in effect in the City for almost two (2) years now, however, in the recent record from the private partner of the City Government of Valenzuela in the operation of NCAP, there have been numerous traffic violators residing in Valenzuela City who have yet to settle their NCAP traffic obligations.
