Special to The Landmark HOLDEN — “I recommend this to anybody,” Virginia Keith said after receiving the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. At 92, Keith said it was exciting, as the vaccine center at the Worcester Senior Center buzzed with people from Holden coming in for their shots. “We have to get his done,” Keith said of the effort to immunize people. Holden residents meeting the criteria, at the time over 75 — which made Keith just barely eligible, as one might not have known she was almost two decades older than the minimum age — were given a block of time to get their shots.
