Utica, MVHS announce public meeting on St. Elizabeth's reuse

Utica Mayor Robert M. Palmieri, together with Darlene Stromstad, CEO of Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS), announced that the first opportunity for the public to comment on the future re-use of the former St. Elizabeth Medical Center has been scheduled.
