Utah universities gauging impact of new diversity, equity, inclusion law and changes it'll require

Utah Gov. Spencer Cox signed a diversity, equity and inclusion bill on Tuesday and it goes into effect on July 1. A critic says foes are mulling legal action to halt its implemention.
