Upper Marlboro Man Pleads Guilty to Heroin and Cocaine Distr

Charles Benjamin Stewart, Jr., age 46, of Upper Marlboro, pleaded guilty to federal charges for conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine; for illegally transporting a firearm obtained out of state; and for possession with intent to distribute heroin and cocaine.
