A man, considered armed and dangerous, has been arrested. On Sunday, a truck owner went to enter his vehicle in Ingersoll only to find a man in the truck with a gun. The truck owner was then shot and the man with the gun stole the truck. The owner suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The stolen vehicle fled the area and was later involved in a collision at Cockshutt Road and Concession 2 of Townsend in Norfolk. This suspect displayed a firearm and then stole a pickup truck from a Good Samaritan that stopped to assist with the crash.
