UPDATE: San Angelo Man Indicted for Attacking a Bar Patron with an Axe Outside Popular Bar

A San Angelo man has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after attacking another man outside a popular bar with a hatchet.
