(Joe Ahlquist / [email protected]) MINNEAPOLIS — Tuition for University of Minnesota Rochester students would increase 1.5% for 2022 under President Joan Gabel's $4 billion budget approved by the University of Minnesota’s Board of Regents on a 10-1 vote Tuesday. Tuition on the Rochester campus would increase to $12,376 — up $157 — next school year for resident and nonresident students. That compares to the Twin Cities campus' increase to $13,532 — up $202 — next school year; and $32,096 — up $480 — for nonresidents.
