UN human rights experts have appealed to Belarusian authorities to provide medical assistance to Pavel Kuchynski, a political prisoner diagnosed with advanced cancer. Detained in 2022 and sentenced to nearly five years, Kuchynski's condition has worsened in prison due to lack of proper medical care.
