Russia has bombed the city center of Kherson, according to Ukrainian data. Within 24 hours, at least four people were killed in the city in the south of the country. The Ukrainian Air Force said it had intercepted 14 of 15 explosive drones launched by Russia during the night.Kherson is located on the Dnipro River and has been the target of Russian attacks almost daily since the city was recaptured by Ukrainian troops in November 2022 after months of Russian occupation. The Russian army hit residential areas, medical facilities, an educational institution and important infrastructure.
