Uganda Asks Kenya for Fixed Fuel Quota After Prices Jump 19%

(Bloomberg) -- Uganda, which is struggling with inadequate fuel supplies, wants neighboring Kenya, its main route for imports, to allocate it a fixed monthly amount to alleviate shortages that have driven pump prices higher.
