Two teenagers arrested after high-speed chase in Waco and last updated 2020-12-11 16:50:34-05 WACO, TX â Two teenagers have been arrested following a high-speed chase in Waco. Around 11:14 a.m., officers with the Waco Police Department received a call for service at the Oak Tree Apartments, located at 800 Rambler, regarding a disturbance involving individuals with weapons. One officer arrived at the scene and saw a man getting into a vehicle that was said to be part of the disturbance. Authorities were also told that this man was in possession of a handgun. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, but the driver fled from police.
