Honig announced. Daniel McHugh, 51, of Sayreville, was sentenced to 90 months in prison. McHugh previously pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Brian R. Martinotti to an information charging him with one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin, according to Honig.
