Keokuk, Ia- Police arrested two men following shots fired in Keokuk on Tuesday. TV station KHQA reports that Police were dispatched to the 1100 Block of Exchange street in Keokuk at about 9:34 AM Tuesday for a report of shots fired. A caller described a man placing his gun under the porch of a residence in the area. Police then went to the residence and arrested 21-year-old Samuel McCoy and 19-year-old Riley Jensen, both of Keokuk. Jensen was arrested on an unrelated warrant for Assault causing Bodily Injury. Mccoy fled but was eventually found and arrested. He was charged with Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon. He is being held at the Lee County jail.
