Darren Iozia | Journal-Courier As the Pilot International Foundation celebrates 100 years, two area residents are in line to be governors for the Midwest district, one of twenty nationwide. Jacksonville Pilot Club’s Shelle Allen, who has been a member for six years, will take the helm as district governor effective July 1 for the 2022 year and Karla Stice — a member since 2008 — will then take over for 2023, making them both two of only four governors from the Jacksonville club’s 70-year history.
