Two boys, aged nine and 13, die a week after their mother, 38, 'shot them in the head in bed'

Philadelphia police said Tuesday that mom-of-two Trinh Nguyen acted premeditatedly when she carried out the killings of sons JT, 13, and Nelson, 9, last Monday. She is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
