"i mean he just kept playing with my face. i don't like being played with my face. the audience about his plans for the country. his campaign says the presidential hopeful will touch on issues, like immigration, taxes and veterans issues in his remarks. according to a christopher newport university poll, marco rubio has the support of 22 percent of republican voters in virginia. ted cruz sits at 19 percent. ted cruz and doctor ben carson are also taking their messages to the people in the commonwealth. both presidential candidates are scheduled to visit the regent on friday and monday. 49 delegates are up for grabs for republicans in virginia and the candidates know that it's a crucial state to win in the primary process. live in virginia beach, battling it out for second place in the nevada caucus. rubio is ahead with 24 percent to cruz's 21 percent. ben carson will injuries. breaking news overseas minster in nepal says crews found the wreckage of a plane that disappeared and then crashed over a mountainous area early this morning. the kathmandu post also says 1:27 chairman john meyer - county board of there might be some savings to find but we'll be picking through the school's budget pretty aggressively over the next couple of weeks." there is another public hearing next month. a vote on the proposed budget is set for april. plans to replenish beaches along the outer banks have hit a delay. officials with duck, kitty hawk, and kill devil hills rejected bids to rebuild the washed-out sand because even the lowest offer was about 5-million dollars over budget. the town only budgeted 43-point-5 million for the project. to bring the cost down, duck's town manager says the city had to give contractors more time. so now the city has to wait until december 20-17 to finish the project, instead of april 20-17. the next round of bids is due the second week of march. town officials should have a firmer now to breaking traffic news -
